BLACKBURN GREYHOUND STADIUM

Greyhound racing took place in the Lancashire town of Blackburn before the Second World War. The track was an independent track and was situated on Hill Street and could be located at 2° 27' W 53° 45' N. The track held its inaugural meeting on 27th March 1933.

It closed its gates for the final time on 1st June 1984. The site on which the former track once stood is now a supermarket.
